Sue H. Ramsay, RDI. Ms. Ramsay began her career as a store
merchandiser –learning the craft of effective visual sales.
She has moved her firm from strict retail merchandising, into
store planning, and more recently into the corporate design
arena. Always the focus remains on design solutions that work
like retail – spending only what you need to make the best

Born in Richmond VA, raised in Charlotte and attended UNC-Charlotte
and Clemson University. After a stint with Belk`s Store Services,
set up Planning /Design Associates in 1971. This Store Planning
firm has designed and completed projects in 40 states and
Ontario, Canada for Department and Specialty Shops and Restaurants.
